Parents v's Teens

I got this today from a Teen.

"Why is it parents think its ok to always be at work and when they are home they are always on our backs and in a bad mood. Everything that's goes wrong in the house is our fault. It sux. I just wish things were happier in our house. We don't seem to have any fun anymore. all I want to do is get out and hang with my friends"



*Earth to Teens....Parents are trying to sort their own stuff out as well.

This was the other side of the story.

"The pressure from money is getting me down. The kids just don't seem to realise how much things cost. You should see my supermarket bill the other day. I stocked up on the Friday ($334) and by Monday it was all but gone. Whilst I like my kids having their friends around, its killing me to feed them all. On top of that , they always seem to have their hands out for money for everything. I paid $70 for the two of them to go tho the movies the other day."

This is the short version of both stories, but I'm sure you can see both sides of the story.
