My way or the highway

I recently had a group of under 25's to talk to. They all complained about the same stuff. No money, work sucked and basically everything was someone else's fault.

"Its all about me". And a complete sense of entitlement on everything without any thought of responsibility. They come first. "Its my way or the highway"

This generation seems to be living in a fantasy world. But who let this happen in the first place?

This group have witnessed their parents sacrifice so much - and struggle financially at the expense of enjoyment in life. Generation Y aren't prepared to settle for for what their parents have got. Hence the term "Generation Y bother".

Friends and fun are far more important. If the job is to hard or they get bored...they just walk.
